Examples of deals we have recently negotiated include:- Major International Computer and IT distributor - We provided funding to enable this entity to be acquired by one of our UK Clients.
- Major Confectionery Manufacturer - We took out an existing funder and provided facilities that enabled an acquisition to be made.
- Catering Company - We delivered tailored working capital facilities to suit the needs of a subsidiary of a multi national Group.
- Medium sized Hardware Distributor - We took this business from a competitor by offering more competitive terms.
- Employment Agency - We are currently providing fresh working capital facilities for an entity that is seeking to expand.
- Major Printer/Packager - We took out a competitor because we could provide additional facilities.
- Medical Devices Company - We are providing specific working capital solution facilities to an entity that is expanding rapidly.
- Steel Importer - We provided a stock financing facility alongside the debtor financing facility thereby allowing increased purchasing from the Far East.
- Freight Shipping Company - We provided replacement facilities that better meet the clients requirements.
