Anthony Duffy
Managing Director
Tony Duffy is Managing Director of Commercial Finance Ireland, since Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance entered the Irish market in 2006.
Having worked for many years in the commercial finance arena, Tony is well known in banking and business circles having worked in a number of other entities in a Senior Capacity in Ireland, the UK and Australia over the past 20 years. He is one of the most experienced people involved in the provision of working capital against receivables, stock and other assets.
Commercial Finance Ireland is offering Irish businesses new financing and cash flow opportunities, through a range of options which go beyond the traditional forms of finance such as overdraft or invoice discounting. Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance is a pioneer in the provision of ABL and Commercial Finance Ireland aims to assist companies by offering working capital solutions that it believes are different to its competitors.

Lawrence Bowles
Asset Based Lending Director
Lawrence Bowles is ABL Director at Commercial Finance Ireland, bringing on board Irish-sourced asset-based lending deals, and handling the Irish segments of international deals, sourced both inside and outside of Ireland.
Lawrence joins Commercial Finance Ireland from Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance in the UK where he has vast experience in the ABL Market. As Client Director for Large Corporate and Global Business since 2003, Lawrence was involved in the structuring and management of both UK and international transactions, including syndications.

Sian Devine
Senior Manager
Sian joined the Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance in the newly opened Leeds office as a Credit Controller in October 1991. Since then Sian has worked in many roles within the organisation, and during her time has gained significant experience in Factoring, Invoice Discounting and ABL.
More recently, Sian's role was as a Client Manager in the Global and Large Corporate team. Her responsibilities were managing clients with turnovers in excess of £25m, before accepting an opportunity to move across to Ireland to set up the newly opened Dublin office. Sian has been based full time in Dublin since June 2006 and is responsible for the management of the Irish client base. Sian successfully completed her MBA in October 2006.

Declan Finn
Regional Manager
Declan Finn is extremely well known in Irish Business circles for over 25 years having worked with Bank of Ireland Commercial Finance at a Senior Management level for many years and a number of other entities at Director level before operating as an Independent Financial Consultant for over 10 years structuring working capital facilities for Clients from a variety of different sources and building up an expertise in cash flow management and projections.
The introduction of Asset Backed Lending solutions by Commercial Finance Ireland provided an ideal opportunity for Declan to utilise his undoubted skills across a broader platform on an all Ireland basis.

David Avery
Regional Manager
David has specifically worked within the invoice discounting and ABL market in the last 12 years. He spent 9 years working with Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance where he was appointed Regional Audit Manager and latterly Regional Business Manager; providing new working capital facilities via invoice discounting and ABL facilities to new clients. After working with Bank of Scotland Corporate in central London for the last 3 years, David has relocated to Ireland and has rejoined the Commercial Finance team based in Dublin. David will be using his experience to provide new facilities in order to help fund new client's future growth, acquisitions, MBO's and MBI's.
